The village
Palms, olive trees and a short walk to the sand
Koviou sits in the Elia district of Sithonia, halfway between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras. There is no lobby marble here — there are low buildings spread through a garden, a pool in the middle of it, and the sea a four-minute walk away.
The grounds run to 14,000 m², shaded by palms and olive trees, with the sunset coming in across the water each evening. Koviou bay itself is reached through a cool pedestrian tunnel beneath the coast road, and behind the beach a pine forest keeps the sand edge green.
Everything a family actually needs is on site: half-board in the restaurant, a pool bar, a playground, a basketball court and table tennis. Reception is staffed around the clock, and parking is free in the shade.

Booking conditions
Rates, half board and what is included
All rates are per room per night, in euro, and include breakfast and dinner (half board). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, sunbeds by the pool and two sunbeds with an umbrella on Koviou beach are included. The Greek tourist tax of €2 per room per night is charged on site.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50 % of the total confirms the reservation; the remaining balance is paid on the first day after arrival. No payment is taken through this website — we will send payment details with the confirmation.

Children and extra beds
Children under 10 stay free when sharing existing bedding. Guests aged 10 and over, and any additional adult, are charged €20 per night. Please tell us in your request if you need a cot or an extra bed.
Check-in, check-out and minimum stays
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. The village opens in early May and closes at the end of October. Minimum stays: 2 nights in May and October, 3 nights in June and September, and 4 nights in July and August.
